Abstract

Increased requirements for the reporting of third-party funds to external and internal stakeholders as well as significant changes in the IAB internal environment (eg the concept of third-party funding and the establishment of IT-supported project management) require measures. This includes the consolidation of existing data in a single point of truth, conceptual and procedural descriptions, the preparation of operational and strategic key figures, the draft of up-to-the-minute standard reports.
