Betriebliche Einstellungsbereitschaft gegenüber Flüchtlingen

Abstract

With the actual refugees' wave a high number of potential employees has arrived in the German labor market. Up to now, there is little evidence on whether the refugees' qualification level, their ability and skills are of any interest for German employers. The IAB Job Vacancy  Survey  will be used to provide evidence on how companies perceive this specific group and to what extent and under which conditions companies are ready  to fill open positions with these persons. This information can provide useful insights into firms' willingness to enable refugees entering the German labor market .
