Conception of an Advanced Project Management (Phase I)

Project duration: 01.03.2015 to 31.12.2016

Abstract

The aim of this project is to work out, both external and internal requirements for efficient, institution-wide unified adminstrative project management. A key factor here is to analyze, optimize and possibly redesign project-related business processes and data sources. Based on these results, measures for computerized need-based processing of project information are proposed and prototypically implemented.
