Abstract

MINT-ME analyses the impact of STEM employees on productivity and innovation behaviour at the establishment level. In a knowledge based economy STEM workers are likely to influence the technological progress and secure sustainable growth due to R&D activities. Especially regional and industry specific characteristics are taken into account.
