Abstract

This Research project is focusing on marginal employment of women in a context of  labour market and gender equality policies. The role of marginal employment for equal labour market participation and the economic situation of women is anlalysed by contrasting female and male employment in different age groups and life course stages as well as economic sectors and occupations.
