Abstract

QUADRIGA is a cooperative project between the Federal Employment Agency and a temporary employment agency operating nationwide. The evaluation of the project includes several questions: Can temporary work be a tool that helps integrating young and unskilled job seekers into the labour market? What are the advantages of combining work and off-the-job-training? Can such an approach increase the employability of participants? Does the model of Public Private Partnership work in this context?
