Abstract

The research data centre (FDZ) of the Federal Employment Agency aims at providing access to register data of the Federal Employment Agency of Germany and the Institute for Employment Research for external researchers. Major tasks of this project are concerned with aspects of providing data protection, the development of suitable data models, the actualization and examination of scientific use files, the generation and revision of data documentations, the organization of workshops and conferences on the data as well as councelling on data access, data handling, opportunities of data analyses and councelling on the scope and validity of the data provided access to by the FDZ.
