Abstract

Within the research project "Effects of Job Creation and Structural Adjustment Schemes" we focus on the employment effects of these programmes on the participating individuals in Germany. Based on administartive data of the Federal Employment Agency we apply microeconometric matching methods to estimate the net effects. Particularily, we analyse a possible occurrence of heterogeneity in the effects by considering group-specific, regional and programme specific differences.
