Wage posting or wage bargaining

Abstract
There are two main models of wage determination in the literature: the wage bargaining model an the wage posting model, but there is scarce evidence on the prevalence of the both models. We provide evidence for the prevalence of this models and analyse the determinants for firms to adopt a wage posting stratagy using the German job vacancy survey.
