Abstract

In this project, I analyse the future employment biographies of dropouts of dual vocational education and training (VET). The aim is to estimate a causal effect of VET dropouts on employment outcomes (i.e. employment and wage) in a time-dynamic model using instrumental variables and bayesian estimation methods.
