Abstract

The project regarding the piloting stage of Beko (=Beratungskonzeption, the new counseling concept of the federal labor agency) under Social Code II is laid out as a two-tied implementation study. One focus lies on the concept's implementation within the organization and the training involved. The other part is mainly concerned with the effect of the introduction of Beko on the practice of case work. The study also contains formative elements. During its course, the results are reported back to the implementing actors giving them the opportunity to change the process of implementation if necessary.
