Green Transition, Gender Pay Gap and Segregation.

Abstract
We analyse gender specific differences in labour-market dynamics driven by the low-carbon transition of the German economy. We answer three research questions: First, are women and men differently affected by the greening of the economy? Second, are labour market dynamics different for women and men, e.g. with regard to labour flows between green occupations and others? And third, how does the greening of the emploment contribute to gender pay differentials?
