Abstract

This project is part of the research project "Understanding Wage-Flexibility in Germany" (IABaktiv-Nr 4097). In a first step in this project, the survey "Ifo HR special survey on remuneration strategies in Germany" by the Ifo Institute in Munich was linked to the administrative personal and operational data of the IAB. The population of employees resulting from this link forms the basis a worker level survey.
