Abstract

Men and women with disabilities or those who are at risk of developing disabilities are entitled to social and vocational participation.Vocational rehabilitation measures in the context of Social Code III and Social Code II aim to promote long-term integration into working life and thereby ensure social and economic participation. This project evaluates rehabilitation measures (LTA) particularly with regard to their contribution to  - sustainable integration in employment - maintaining and improving employability - promotion of social participation. Labour market integration of disabled men and women is examined on ground of administrative data panel already constructed in the context of a prior IAB project "Rehaprozessdatenpanel". This unique database was updated for this purpose.
