Abstract

In the research project on industrial espionage, the employment biographies of industrial spies will be investigated. Industrial espionage is a topic that has been largely neglected in research, but which is becoming increasingly important in the course of internationalization, among other things due to the increasing competition with China and other economies that are not, or only to a limited extent, committed to protecting patents and other forms of intellectual property. Historically, this topic has played an important role in the course of the bloc conflict, which has limited the enforcement of international law.
