Abstract

In this master's thesis, the "impact" of digitalization on employment (structure) in digital pioneers / latecomer establishments will be examined. For this purpose, data from the BHP 7517 (incl. inflow and outflow) will be linked with the IAB-ZEW 4.0 establishment survey.
A descriptive analysis at an aggregate level will be performed in order to gain initial impressions of the development of the employment structure. In the further course, the levels are to be differentiated, so that statements can also be made at the individual level at the end.
