Abstract

The project surveys individuals who participated in the Federal Employment Agency's (BA) career guidance program (BBiE). It also surveys similar individuals who did not receive guidance. For those who did receive guidance, key survey topics include their motivation for using BBiE, their perceived quality of the guidance, and the results they experienced – such as starting vocational training or further education. Both those who received guidance and those who did not will be asked how well-informed they feel about their career options and whether they have taken any steps toward career changes in recent years.
