Andreas Vortisch received a PhD in Economics from the University of Mississippi in 2022.
He worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Luxemburg before joing IAB in May 2025.
His research examines the drivers of migration decisions, the economic integration of immigrants, and the effectiveness of migration and integration policies.
