Professional background
Laila Schmitt is a Researcher at IAB Hessen since 2025.
From 2017 to 2025, she worked as a researcher at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU).
She obtained her PhD in Sociology from LMU in 2023. She also holds an MA in Sociology and Statistics and a BA in Sociology and Political Science, both from LMU.
