Professional background
Melitta Matthias took her vocational training as a bank officer from 1984 to 1986. From 2001 to 2003, she took a further training course in Business Administration for Skilled Crafts (HWK). In November 2018, she changed to the BA Service House as an employee of the Central Cash Management. Ms Matthias has been with the IAB since August 2019 as an employee at the point of contact of the research area of unemployment and social participation, and of the "Labour Market and Social Security" panel study.
